The HLRN-IV system Emmy in Göttingen ranks 47th place in the TOP500
In the 56th edition of the TOP500 the Emmy system reached the 47th place, clocking in at 5,948.8 TFlop/s. This puts the system in Göttingen in fifth place in Germany.
The TOP500 is the list of the 500 fastest supercomputers worldwide. It is relaessed twice a year in June and November and ranks the performance of systems using the LINPACK benchmarks. The 56th edition of the TOP500 was released on the 17th of November on the SC20 Supercomputing Conference.
